Bob Barry "Photos By Bob B." - Book

A couple years ago, Radio Raheem's friends at Generation Records turned up a very cool lost photo album from their friend Robert Barry, a native Long Islander who was taking pictures around various New York City underground music scenes in the later '80s/early '90s. This book is an almost exact reproduction of the original album, right down to Bob's original clippings attached to the classic, 1980's peel-n-stick photo album pages, and captures a candid snapshot (pun fully intended) of an era when the lines between underground music scenes were a lot more blurred - the bands featured run the gambit from the Bad Brains to Mental Abuse to Sonic Youth to rare club show appearances of Red Hot Chili Peppers and Megadeth, and everyone in between. Features approximately 300 photos of 27 bands spread across 80 pages in glorious full color.
